My brother finally proposed to his girlfriend, Thandeka, who is from Johannesburg, Africa. Bryan met her through the Christian Missionary organization (YWAM) he has been working with for the past three years. They met about a year ago while they were both serving on YWAM staff . I remember the first time Bryan wrote to me about a girl he met (Thandeka) and I just had a feeling that this girl was something special! They are planning on getting married next summer, so it looks like we are going to Africa for a wedding! Bryan is coming to the states for an extended visit to hang out with the family and meet Emma for the first time. Thandeka is working on getting her Visa to hopefully come to the states to visit sometime in December. It would be so great to hang out with my future sister and throw her a bridal shower while she is here! We are so excited for Bryan and Thandeka and welcome Thandeka into our family with open arms.
